Jess carefully guided us through each step of the arrangements with patience and compassion and made an overwhelming process as clear and smooth as possible. This provided great comfort to our family during a very difficult time. We were very pleased that everything was delivered as organised on the day of Mum's funeral service.

The Order of Service was attended to without any fuss with help from Joniel.
The day of the service went smoothly. Once again, Jess was there to oversee everything and ensure any of our requests were met.
