All the staff at Allan Pearse Funerals were very professional, caring and helpful in assisting us to plan and prepare for our beautiful mums funeral. We were very appreciative of their gentle assistance at a difficult time for us. Adam and Jess were always available to answer questions and responded promptly and with immense kindness and respect at every stage of the preparation for us to say our goodbye. Jess Lowe, who took over everything was amazing. Very caring and empathetic, listening to our wishes and offering guidance in a very professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble.
She introduced us to Kate Henville, the lovely celebrant, even arranging a meeting time with her.
The Order of Service was attended to without any fuss with help from Joniel.
The day of the service went smoothly. Once again, Jess was there to oversee everything and ensure any of our requests were met.
